Hi, this is Jason Cramer with Twin Cities Home Buyers, and I’m recording this quick video to respond to a recent news release here in Minnesota by KSTP 5 Investigates and it appears that both Opendoor and Zillow are both backing out of contracts and not purchasing any more houses here in Minnesota.

I wanted to respond to that and I just wanted to let everybody know that we are still purchasing houses and following whatever precautions that we need to to avoid the spread of COVID-19. We’re doing both virtual showings and no-contact showings to prevent that spread, but we are still buying and we’re all still offering the free equity evaluation.
